Assistant Manager - Marketing (Job Code: MKTNG02)

We are looking for a creative, self-starter and motivated data-driven marketer to lead the marketing funnel for the company. We need someone who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing digital/inbound marketing strategies and systems to support and grow the business of our market offerings. With heavy focus on lead generation programs, conversion optimization, and inbound marketing, the person will also be responsible for generating marketing-qualified leads from various inbound channels. 

  • Develop and build the inbound marketing team
  • Develop good technical understanding of the product
  • Develop and manage a rich content and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
  • Develop strategies and campaigns to grow share-of-wallet of existing customers
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-toaction, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
  • Monitor and report on costs and expenses, ROI, working metrics and KPIs to the Head of Marketing  Working with Head of Marketing and regularly reporting on progress made
  • Work closely with Outbound Marketing
  • Align with the overall marketing goals of the company
  • To contribute respective innovative ideas for newsletters, prospectus, journals etc.
  • To fulfil all management allotted tasks by obeying CADFEM policies and values. 


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field. MBA would be a plus.
  • Very good written and verbal skills having excellent creative thinking and analytical ability
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in inbound marketing
  • Experience in introducing products to new markets
  • Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and life stages
  • Ability to translate product features into business value-proposition
  • Experience with marketing automation is a plus
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SEO, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and life stages
